I would absolutely recommend this hotel. We have stayed here for two weeks and definitely enjoyed being here. There is everything to do in and outside of the hotel. There are plenty of hiking routes, we are at a walking distance from Svratka and the Hunting lodge Karlsteijn.

The hotel is super comfortable, has amazing views is very dog friendly and we can hire mountain bikes to visit neighbouring areas and towns. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the mini golf. The had amazing massages and enjoyed delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners. We would definitely come back!

All good, but don't find normal to have people cutting greens on golf at 5:30 in the morning.

A recently renovated hotel complex on a hill close to the downhill course in the center of the Žďárské vrchy. Small, quiet, with a solid background for indoor and outdoor activities (sauna, pool, massage, golf simulator, miniature golf, table tennis, children's playroom, outdoor gym, golf course, ski slope). Advantageous starting point for walking and cycling. The availability of historical monuments - Zdar n / Sazavou (Zelená Hora), Litomyšl (Castle).|| Standard double room (twin beds why?), Shower, separate toilet. Changing the layout room is worth consideration (writing desk, TV and beds). Breakfast and dinner buffet - Easter diverse menu (lamb, rabbit meat), regional specialties. The well-stocked bar with attentive service. Free wi-fi.|| Hotel suitable for seniors and for families with children. Suitable for disabled guests.

The lady in restaurant was spectacular. We arrived close to 5pm very hungry as we didn’t managed to find restaurant for lunch. And the hotel restaurant, had only one chef and he had his hands full getting ready for dinners at 5:30pm. And yet, they sped up so we could eat and they have served the buffet dinner half an hour sooner for us. Amazing. It saved us. And the food was good.

The rooms are clean. And the staff really takes the gold, super nice

The hotel is renovated and clean. The rooms are large, with modern conveniences. The wifi is free and works well. The wellness center is nice. The restaurant is OK. The management and customer service is poor. On our first day, we wanted to go skiing, but the lift was closed. We were told the lift operator had gone to lunch and would return soon, but he never did. So we decided to go for a hike to a local attraction, but the lady at the front desk gave us wrong directions. Upon our return, we wanted to go to the pool, but the lady at the front desk informed us the pool was closed for a private party. Massages were included with the price of the room, but they were only available between 10 am and 2 pm, which is of course when you are out doing things. And the dining room is only open from 5:30 to 7:30. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but I am not sure we would return to this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 days in August. The hotel is in a nice location with a swimming pool, tennis court and a nicely maintained golf course. Since there were not many other options for eating we ate most meals in the bar, as the restaurant was for half-board guests. Every time we entered the bar we said hello, and were greeted, but still had to wait a few minutes to be served, even when the bar was empty. When we asked at reception if there were any restaurants nearby she recommended a pub down the hill (Beruska), so we went, only to find they stop serving food at 4 pm, so we returned to the hotel and went to the bar at 7.35 pm and were told they stop taking orders at 7.30. We explained that their reception staff had made a mistake, which happens, but couldn't they ask the cook to make us the simplest thing on the menu. After refusing, and implying the cook had left, the other waitress brought out meals to another table, who we found out later happened to be the owners. They overheard us and did nothing. Eventually they made us something, but grudingly. Other than that the rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a nice stay, but if you're looking for old style pre-revolution service, this is the place to be

The hotel is situated in one of the best locations of the Central part of Czech Republic. What was astonishing to me was that non of the staff spoke basic English to communicated with their clients and they did not show to care about it. There was no information about the area and the most difficult part of my staying was food. Not a choice and they put lots of garlic. Even though i managed through a person who knew English that i do not like garlic and I have a problem with gluten, they did not make the least effort to understand my problem. The second main peculiar thing is that for 10 days they did not clean our rooms not even change the bed sheets. During my 10 days staying the change only the towels three times. That's all about room cleaning. The fact that i spent there 10 days with 17 persons from different countries having all the same problem of language, cleaning and food makes me to grade the hotel with 3 from a scale of 10. I feel sorry for them because the hotel is situated in a fantastic area with forest around it and they do nothing to take advantage of its location and the beauty of their surrounding.

Wet bungalow with leaking shower, filthy walls, dirty windows. Equipment from last century. The plus was beautiful surrounding and nice staff. Price 600,- czk/person/night was definitely not adequate.
