The quality of their cars has dropped significantly. Brand new Kodiaq has problem with constantly activating front sensor, due to heat, and there is no solution for it.

8 months waiting for my Kodiaq Sportline 2.0 TSI and still in it…
It was supposed to be finally delivered to my this week.
However, just a few days ago someone realized that my car was wrongly manufactured with a diesel engine instead of petrol. Really? Is this a joke? Is this mistake even possible in the nowadays in 2019? Nobody detected it before in your super smart manufacturing process?
8 months waiting due to WLTP and petrol engines homologations delays for finally having nothing!!!
Now I have to wait for another 3 months more… Really? Is this another joke? Why do I have to pay for your mistakes? I am bored of doing this… Did you forgot that I have already been waiting for 8 months?
I cannot rely on Skoda any more. 3 or 4 moths for delivery said my distributor to my on September 2018… 11 months instead of 3 is a big difference. Isn’t it?
Meantime, I didn’t get the my car for my baby birth, either my Easter vacations and either my next summer vacations
I am really disappointed with SKODA… Many lacks in your business… The main, that you probably forgot the meaning and the value of “customer care”
Please, inform future customers about this, in order to prepare them for long periods of frustration and disappointment.
