I arrived at the hotel after a very long day of work with a reservation made by an agency and apparently prepaid. The agency provided me with a virtual Visa in case there were any payment issues. The hotel demanded that I pay with my personal card, and then the company had problems because they also charged the reservation.

Moreover, the room was in a deplorable state, the bedside lights didn’t work, the shower was broken, it was cold, and the noise from the street and trains (or metro) was quite noticeable.

The empathy from the service was non-existent. Fortunately, I only spent a few hours there and left resigned, although I later had to justify the payment to my company and they had to claim the double payment.

The most horrendous hotel room that I have ever seen in my 13+ years of traveling. There were crazy stains on both the ceilings and carpets. The doors had poorly concealed damage and the vent in the bathroom was literally sagging out of the ceiling. Also even though the rooms were non smoking, The bathroom smelled like cigarettes. When lifting the mattresses to look for bed bugs, we noticed some cockroaches which quickly scurried away. 0/5 we immediately checked out and went elsewhere.

So, first impression: pretty nice entrance and pretty plants. But the rooms? Poorly furnished. The lights? Half of them didn't work. And the bathroom's ceiling was moldy. No air conditioning and barely any charging ports worked. They don't vacuum the room when you're gone...
The service started off nicely, however, it deteriorated quickly. The staff was overall okay albeit they lacked English speaking skills and the art of courteous interactions. The location was far from the center, although you could get there by tram pretty easily.
My verdict: I suppose there must be other places where you can get your money's worth.

The rooms were dirty, especially floor carpets - never cleaned, I feel. Rooms smelled dust. Furniture was dirty and dusty. Mattresses had visible stains of dirt. Bed linen was so old and worn it had cracks. The room we stayed in had a rotten wooden balcony door that leaked rainwater from the balcony. When we arrived, the carpet under and immediately around the door was wet.|A week after we left hotel requested us to pay city tax we payed on arrival!

The worst hotel everrrr ,, very dirty when we came I fixed my bed and clean the WC so I can used … the room service come into my room and did nothing at all they JUST take the towel that we ask for it CUZ THERE IS NO TOWEL OR SHAMPOO IN THE ROOM AND THEY DONT GIVE US ,,. even when we asked for towel they said they don’t have … the WC smell so bad ,, I couldn’t open my bag cuz I was afraid from the spindle all over the room ,, pay extra money and enjoy in another hotel room.

In general, I have never been to a worse hotel. They were fighting in the room above. Someone was trying to break in. The floor is so dirty that I have never seen it in my life. Toilet horror. Breakfast €8person.. we didn't even touch it, black eggs... terrible, avoid in a wide area.
