We spent five day stay at the Hotel Buchlovice. The hotel is located in Buchlovice, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful castle Buchlovice and is a good place for trips to nearby sights - Castle Buchlov (9 km), Kroměříž (40 km - sights in UNESCO World Heritage List.), Castle Bučovice Castle and Slavkov u Brna (Austerlitz - Battle of Three Emperors 1805). We had a small room on the second floor without balcony, with bathroom, WC, TV. We had a minor problem with a small storage space for things for 2 people, hairdryer in the bathroom was missing and some handles for hanging towels. Despite these shortcomings, we assess stay as good, since the room was cleaning daily and was clean, the staff was helpful, ready to solve any problems. The hotel also has a restaurant where they were served breakfast and few times we have eaten well. Before the hotel there are parking places, also you can park in the back of the hotel, which is closed overnight.

For one night is not bad. Room is a little bit old fashion and the bed is not so much comfortable..
Breakfast does not have free lactose milk or soy milk. Just gluten free bread
However, the restaurant is really nice.

Everything was great - calm area, clean room and tasty breakfast. We only missed air conditioning in our room, because of the really hot weather. If you have time you can visit Buchlovice castle, which is situated close to the hotel.

Well off road location in the tranquil village of Buchlovice. Even though there was a wedding going on we were put in a remote quiet room and even managed to explore their fine restaurant served with meticulous care. Good Wifi.. Room tidy and well organized as well as breakfast so why not come in a future for a lengthened stay?

Very nicely renovated with style, large convenient rooms.||Clean, cosy, convenient, located just in the heart of the city.||Staff easygoing, positive minded, professional.||Great for just one night of for longer stay as well.||When I paid a bill, was a bit shocked ... apprx 40€ for night in this level of hotel is just a dream.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I was so upset after my experience at this hotel’s restaurant, that I felt compelled to warn others of my experience. I ordered the salmon as did others in my group. When I started eating my meal, however, it didn’t taste like salmon, it tasted like chicken. When I asked the waiter, he insisted that it was salmon. After I kept insisting that it wasn’t salmon, the waiter went and spoke to the chef. As it turns out, because they were preparing for a wedding, the chef “didn’t have enough time” to cook the salmon for us, so he just cooked and served us chicken instead, without bothering to tell us. I don’t eat chicken, so I had to leave my group behind, walk to the pizza parlor down the road, and sit and eat alone.

Really good food, dessert and wine. Waiter was really nice, asked about our requests at right times. Price was related to quality and presentation. Location is on main square.

My girlfriend and I stopped there for a beer on Saturday night. The replace was hosting a wedding so nice atmosphere. However it made the service a bit slow. Other places on the square seemed also joyful ... they were kind to order a taxi for us. So go there if you want to find life on Saturday night in Buchlovice
