One of the many beautiful gates to the Vysehrad Fortress. Such a stunning historical landmark. Beautiful gardens around. Plenty of cafe’s. Public Bathroom very near to the gate. We loved our visit.

We have entered the castle from these gates and they are beautiful. In front of the gates you can find tour guide, food tracks, drink trucks, and many more. Since the entrance is free and there is no security check, you can bring your own food and drinks as well.

Beautiful Baroque gate from Prague’s medieval age (~1650’s)

Walking up the hill to reach this fortress and entering this gate was already a nice walk. Even better things await you once you will pass this gate.
