My experience with this online shop was extremely disappointing. I found the car part I needed on their website and communicated with the manager, who assured me it was available. However, after making the purchase, I heard nothing for two weeks. Their phone lines were always unreachable, and my emails went unanswered. Finally, when I managed to connect with them through live chat, they abruptly informed me that the part was unavailable and canceled my order without prior notice. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

I ordered a set of front dampers for Citroen C5 2011, delivered in Bucharest, Romania. the communication was really good. They arrived in 3 days, well packed, via UPS. Shipping cost was 150 PLN (33 euro) for a 13 Kg package. I highly recommend this store.

Awful service. They didn't meet the deadlines they told me. They didn't even give me notice about terms issue on their side. They need 1 week to complete just an ordinary order. I don't recommend this shop to anyone.
