Avoid Sanitino!
I purchased a product that was defective and completely unusable. Despite having the issue confirmed by a certified plumber as a manufacturing defect, Sanitino refused to take responsibility. Instead of providing a full refund, as is my right under EU consumer law, they sent a useless replacement part that didn’t fix the problem.

Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and outright refused to resolve the matter properly. They repeatedly blamed the issue on "installation error," even though it was clearly their faulty product. This company has shown zero accountability and no respect for their customers.

If you value your time, money, and consumer rights, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Sanitino is the perfect example of how not to handle customer service.

Avoid at any cost!!! Terrible service! Product was damaged on delivery, we opened the package a wekk later and reported immediately, they claim it has to be done within 2 days. No legale base for that, just soemthjng they came up with in their conditions. Do not order with these scammers!!!

SCAMMERS ! If you are lucky enough and your order arrives ok, its all good, but unfortunately its rare.
Half my orders arrived with problems, 2/4, and in both cases there were problem, the packaging was perfect but they sent a broken or used product inside, and them tried to make a complaim against the transporter, scamming them and messing me around. Last order they sent me a used product with missing parts and they claimed it was damaged in transport. Transport company didnt acept the claim so Sanitino ignored me and let me down.....
AVOID !!!

Worst online shop I've ever used.
After the 48 days delivery estimation, the delivery was postponed and a new 53 working days estimation was communicated only after I emailed them several times to ask about order status.

I accepted the 53 working days delivery estimation and after all those days passed by I had to explicitly email them again in order to find out that the product I ordered was delayed AGAIN with 6 extra months, new delivery estimation for a dummy product, so 9 months in total, insane.

After this I exchanged some extra emails and decided to cancel the first order and create a new one with a similar product that was in stock, so they had to do this after my final confirmation.

One day after this they canceled my first order and informed me that the second product is now out of stock and the estimated delivery is again 48 days, so now I was let off with a cancelled order and no second secured order, just insane.

After additional discussions with the support they recommended me to go for a third product that they say is compatible, but it's twice the price comparing to the original I wanted, after applying a discount on third product that was a smaller discount than on the second one for all the insane customer support experience.

Now I have no order in place, no product delivered after 3 months of waiting and bad communication, and no alternative at a reasonable price for all of the problems the store have created.

Just a big waste of time, the worst custom support ever existing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I had to wait more than 1 month to receive my order. Unfortunately we were on holidays during the time I received the order so I couldn't check or install the article within the 14 day return time. We came home 4 days after the 14 day return time and then I noticed it is not the correct article i ordered. I asked for a exchange of the product but the shop did not accept it, although it was completely new and not touched. Would the order have been received in time, then i would have had the opportunity to check it and keep the 14 days return policy. But first i had to wait more than a month to get the order and then, i was 4(!) days late and they don't accept it anymore. by the way: i asked for an exchange with the correct product NOT for a complete cancellation. I will never again order in this shop - not customer friendly at all!

It started good but UPS forced us to select a pick up location (Amsterdam) rather than home delivery. It turned out their pick up location stopped accepting UPS packages so they couldn’t deliver and returned the package. It is 3 weeks we are still waiting for the taps. The plumbers are almost done and leaving the house but our bath tap is having an EU road-trip… sanitino does nothing but waits just like us.. so if you are in hurry this shop can be very risky.

Edit: After talking to the customer service, we got our tap in a perfect state.
